You’ll make a difference by:

• Performing and reviewing Balance Sheet Reconciliations for Siemens Business Units.
• Ensuring the accuracy of all Balance Sheet Reconciliations and presenting findings to HUB AC/Business Units.
• Coordinating with the HUB AC team to follow up on and resolve pending actions from Balance Sheet Reconciliation reviews.
• Handling internal and external inquiries accurately and in a timely manner.
• Managing month-end closing activities, if applicable.
• Meeting targets agreed upon with customers.

Your success is grounded in:

• 1–2 years of experience in Payroll, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or Intercompany (ICC) Accounting processes (preferred).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in reconciliations or accounting within ERP systems like SAP/Spiridon.
• A finance or accounting background with knowledge of account reconciliation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
