Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging social media content across platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Threads.
• Create shareable video content and platform-specific assets while maintaining brand voice and consistency.
• Identify customer needs, track emerging trends, and implement innovative social media strategies.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize campaigns and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media content with brand messaging and objectives.
• Support contests, giveaways, and partnerships to drive user-generated content and brand loyalty.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in social media marketing (English as the primary language); experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Comfortable appearing on camera.
• A portfolio showcasing live posts, reels, and video content is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of social media with hands-on experience in creating video assets like reels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset for innovative social media campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles; basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
