Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our terms and conditions. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team. If you cancel before the end of your current billing cycle, you will not be charged for the next cycle. Refunds: We offer refunds for subscriptions that are cancelled within 5 days of the original purchase date. If you cancel your subscription within 5 days and request a refund, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price. If you cancel your subscription after 5 days, you will not be eligible for a refund. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason for cancellation and request the refund within the 14-day period. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchas. Course Completion: If you have completed more than 50% of the courses in your subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund. Non-refundable Products: Some products or services may be non-refundable. These will be clearly marked as such at the time of purchase. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15 days of the cancellation request.
