We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer (1-3 years experience) to join our team! If you have expertise in pumps, PLM BOM, and CAD tools, this is your chance to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Ensure product safety and worksite safety through compliance with FLS policies.
✅ Perform complex design tasks with minimal supervision.
✅ Generate 2D detail drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
✅ Prepare and manage Bill of Materials (BoM) in business systems.
✅ Support engineering operations and functional team initiatives.
✅ Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
✅ Improve engineering efficiency using CIP techniques.
✅ Develop and maintain engineering standards, checklists, and procedures.
✅ Enhance collaboration with business units and ensure high customer satisfaction.
✅ Train and mentor design drafters within the team.
✅ Work on standardization projects and create design documentation.
✅ Interpret mechanical drawings and update BoM in business systems.
✅ Follow engineering standards for BoM loading to ensure accuracy.

Position Requirements:
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 1-3 years of experience in pumps and PLM BOM.
📌 Strong knowledge of ASME, API, and DIN design standards.
📌 Proficiency in 2D & 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks or similar).
📌 Experience with PLM systems (Nexus PLM) and ERP systems (SAP MM, Oracle EBS).
