Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related domain.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• Strong expertise in Ab Initio, including developing, maintaining, and optimizing ETL workflows.
• Experience designing and implementing data integration solutions using industry best practices.
• Ability to manage large-scale structured and unstructured datasets across multiple sources.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management for efficient data processing and storage.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud) is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and database optimization techniques.
• Experience implementing data validation and quality assurance processes within Ab Initio.
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and fine-tune ETL processes for better efficiency.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Shell scripting, or Java.
