Responsibilities
Throughout the day, you will:
- Manage a queue of Human Capital Management cases, prioritizing based on severity and customer impact.
- Resolve complex problems, drive change, implement solutions, and manage time-critical issues.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and Development to identify solutions and workarounds.
- Maintain ownership of existing cases while addressing new issues.
- Stay updated on new functionalities and compliance changes.
- Contribute to our Knowledge Centered Service by creating informative articles.
- Use your energy, drive, adaptability, and passion to inspire colleagues across the company.
