About The Role

The Growth and Performance Marketing team collaborates closely with central functions to deliver strategic insights across Performance Marketing channels aligned with business objectives.

Ford is seeking a passionate digital marketer with extensive hands-on experience. You will be responsible for planning, launching, maintaining, updating, and optimizing Organic and Paid Search for Integrated Services. This role involves leading various Search initiatives within a matrix environment, collaborating with internal teams and agency partners.

We are looking for an experienced, data-driven professional who is proactive, analytical, and continually seeks opportunities to enhance performance and efficiency through scalable automation and solutions.

What you'll do...

  • Develop, implement, measure, and optimize SEO and SEM initiatives to meet business goals.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to maximize ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
  • Monitor and report critical search metrics.
  • Make SEM budget recommendations and ensure monthly budget pacing.
  • Collaborate proactively with web production, digital marketing, and web content teams for on-page optimizations.
  • Identify data sources, gather and interpret data, and present findings to executive leadership and business teams.
  • Proactively develop insights and recommendations using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Define metrics, build dashboards, and understand audience cohorts and user behavior through end-to-end funnel analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify optimal paid media opportunities aligning with business objectives, enhancing awareness, and driving conversions.
  • Monitor overall health of paid media campaigns and analyze root causes of metric changes.

This role offers remote work flexibility within the USA.

You'll have...

  • 5-8 years of hands-on SEM and SEO experience at a globally recognized brand or agency, with a strong focus on analytics.
  • Advanced understanding of SEM using Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other paid search engines and bid management platforms (e.g., Search Ads 360, Adobe Media Optimizer, Kenshoo, Marin, etc.).
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Even better, you may have...

  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Screaming Frog), keyword research tools (e.g., Moz, SEMRush), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.).
  • Experience with DMP management, including 1st party, 2nd party, and 3rd party data.
  • Familiarity with backlog management tools (e.g., WorkFront, Jira, Wrike).
  • Technical understanding of on-page SEO and search engine ranking factors.
