Roles And Responsibilities

• Collect and compile data from various IT systems to support project managers in decision-making Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in project execution
• Provide administrative assistance to Product Launch Project Managers, ensuring smooth project execution
• Assist in organizing meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining project-related records
• Work closely with the Operational Readiness Team to provide comprehensive support for product launch projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve project efficiency
• Ensure timely communication and coordination with key stakeholders to facilitate effective project collaboration

Requirements

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, PowerBI or other relevant software
• Solid communication skills to interact effectively with project managers and stakeholders
• Proven experience in data analysis and administration, ideally in a project management environment
• Excellent organizational and ability to coordinate multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail
