Roles And Responsibilities

• Responsible for communicating financial and business results, future risks and opportunities to their manager
• Participate in communicating results to the Finance team, Finance management, Executives and Managers, and other internal customers
• Learn to work in a matrixed organization where you will work with peers that are at, below, and above your role and/or skill set
• Responsible for maintaining and implementing Excel based complex forecasting models to help predict and model company revenue and expense by client and line of business. These models are multi-variable month base Excel based models

Job Requirements

• Ability to prioritize work, plan ahead, and manage timelines with their manager to meet or exceed deadlines
• Ability to be consistent and follow modeling, file, and naming conventions. Ability to document your work effort weekly for status reporting to management
• Leverage your skills with the help of your manager to ensure the variance between actual operational and financial results are within those goals and targets
• Ability to manage annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly reporting between forecast models and actuals results across a client and lines of business
