Job Opening / Tietoevry Is Hiring for SAP Solution Manager Consultant

With us you will be responsible for?

• Have a good understanding and deep knowledge of the best practices of SAP Cloud ALM
• Apply this knowledge to provide application support and solve defined business problems.
• Maintain Functional Specifications, design blueprint and related documentation. Experience with complex Architecture/interfaces.
• Should be able to setup and configure new/existing systems in SAP Cloud ALM
• Resolve general issues related to SAP Cloud ALM
• Deliver high quality and efficient work (Business Issues, Tickets) within agreed SLAs, timelines
• Understand customer needs, quantify appropriate actions in incident, problem management, feature development, CSI’s.
• Excellent communication verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal skills, work during EET timezone (8-17 EET)

We expect you to have?
• Must have at least 8-10 years of hands-on strong experience on monitoring tools and ALM with 2-3 years' experience in SAP Cloud ALM
• Experience in Idoc monitoring, Solution documentation setup, operations
• Experience in Solution Manager Migration from Data center to AWS Cloud is added advantage
• Self starter with good attitude having ability to deliver with little supervision
• Ability to work on Implementation, support assignments, take part in customer/vendor calls, handle issues independently.
