Job Description

Must have 15+ years of SAP experience

SAP Pl2Pr Solution Architect wwith specialty in Master Production Scheduling:

· A&D Industry Schedulers understanding of:
o  Rate
o  Takt
o  Positions
o  Manufacturing Station
o  Shop Floor Bird farm
o  Common Tools
o  Production Line
o  Forward, Backward, Forward & Backward scheduling by Positions, Sections and Manufacturing Stations
o  Scheduling multiple Models on a single Production Line
o  Out the Door (OTD)
o Entry into Service (EIS)
o Scheduling Spares/MRO on the same line as Production
o Multiple lines in multiple plants
o Re-firing of schedule

· SAP functionality:

o  Final Assembly/Complex Manufacturing
o  Parameter Effectivity
o  Project Systems Logistics functionality (Network, Reference Pointers, BoM-PS Explosion)
o  Flat MBoM with Installation Part (MPS Part), Reference Pointers, Phantom (Boeing ACC or ACCP)
o  Effectivity Sales Order for End Item
o  MRP (understanding of how to run in simulation)
o  Capacity Planning
o  STO to handle Program across multiple plants
