Job Title: SAP GTS Consultant

Location: Remote (Portugal Client)

Contract Duration: 6 months

Experience: 10+ years in SAP GTS

Responsibilities:

• Implementation: Lead the implementation of SAP GTS in client organizations, ensuring alignment with trade compliance and customs requirements.
• Customization: Customize the SAP GTS solution to suit the unique needs of the organization, including the creation of custom rules and processes.
• Integration: Seamlessly integrate SAP GTS with other SAP modules, such as SAP ERP, to facilitate smooth data flow across systems.
• Compliance: Establish and maintain compliance checks, automated processes, and workflows within the SAP GTS system, ensuring adherence to international trade regulations, export controls, import laws, and trade sanctions.
• Training: Provide comprehensive training sessions to end-users and team members, empowering them to proficiently utilize SAP GTS for trade compliance and customs activities.
• Support and Maintenance: Offer continuous support, promptly address issues, and conduct system upgrades and maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted operation of SAP GTS.
• Business Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement and optimization within the global trade services domain, contributing to increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP GTS implementation and support.
• Expertise in configuring and customizing SAP GTS to meet trade compliance and customs requirements.
• Strong proficiency in integrating SAP GTS with other SAP modules, particularly SAP ERP.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, export controls, import laws, and trade sanctions.
• Exceptional training and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of successful SAP GTS implementations and business process improvements.
