Responsibilities

• Delivery and Support of SAP S/4 solutions. - Execution
• Develop continuous improvements from pursuit to deployment - Execution
• Work on the Production Support incidents and ensure the timely resolution - Execution
• Be part of 24/7 support on-call rotation schedule
• Works with customers and IT partners globally to identify and resolve application issues, escalating as required. -Execution
• Partner closely with external vendors, including onshore and offshore team members. - Execution
• Ensures all quality, compliance and fiscal standards are met. -Accountable
• Perform quality review for any code changes migrating to Production. - Execution
• Participate in the knowledge transfer of project deliverables to sustain technical team. -Informed
