What You'll Do At Pega
 

• Partner with other SAP Functional Architects and business to configure and understand Order to Cash/Finance Processes including but not limited to: Quotes, Orders, Revenue Recognition, Tax, Sales, Professional Services, Training, Accounts Receivable and Collections, Multi Currency, Multi Country configuration and setup
• Understand SOX compliance, security requirements, user controls and segregation of duties and responsibilities
• Provide support to troubleshoot production support issues that arise from both technical and functional issues. This requires technical knowledge for troubleshooting issues to determine whether process, ABAP or configuration changes are needed.
• Interact with SAP to resolve issues related to notes or any other problems raised by SAP users.
• Interpret and apply notes based on issues.
• Interact with Subject Matter Experts and Business Users throughout the Order to Cash process to understand business requirements and interpret and translate them to SAP O2C processes.
• Create functional specifications based on user requirements and support needs
• Create documentation of business requirements and processes
• Create technical specifications for ABAP development
• Liaise with Quality Assurance Resource(s) to ensure clear testing scenarios and follow through on testing results and issues
• Write clear, logical reports, instructions and program documentation
• Ensure projects are implemented in a way that initially meets the business needs and are agile enough to respond to future changes
