Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Continuously improve and enhance the CI/CD pipeline by implementing best practices for continuous integration, development, and deployment.
• Implement and manage various development, testing, and automation tools as well as IT infrastructure.
• Effectively manage stakeholders and external interfaces to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Set up and maintain necessary tools and infrastructure to support development and deployment processes.
• Handle incident management and root cause analysis to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Configure and manage databases such as MySQL to support application functionality.
• Automate CI/CD pipeline processes using scripting languages like PowerShell and Python.
• Conduct troubleshooting investigations for front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows.
• Perform backend troubleshooting by capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and managing server updates/cycles.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying system issues.
• Plan and execute strategies and configuration changes to ensure optimal quality assurance for all applications.
• Monitor application alerts and provide proactive support to prevent potential issues.
• Maintain positive collaboration with team members, including engineers and customer support technicians, to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Debug server-related issues impacting application performance and ensure quick resolution.
• Coordinate with quality assurance and development teams to oversee and administer code migrations across different environments.
