The Position
As Sr Specialist you will be responsible for managing technologies and services within the area of enterprise integration and for platform that currently manages the interfaces of more than 70 of Novo Nordisk’s main applications and supports transfer of critical interface jobs. You expected to be proactive in engaging in close dialogue with vendors, System managers and stakeholders. You will also act as Scrum Master and Delivery Lead for the Integration platform in-line with Novo Nordisk Agile Delivery Model. Your key responsibility:

• Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders from the client organisation, management, vendors, liaise with suppliers, contractors, to ensure that third parties fulfil their contractual obligations regarding resolving problems and providing problem-related information and data. You will be responsible for Vendor management for SAP PO, CPI, and MuleSoft.
• Operation & Maintenance (O & M): Participate in supervising the day-to-day usage, operation and maintenance of the integration technologies supported. Ensure Novo Nordisk best practices are employed in management of Services to ensure all security and compliance requirements are met in the processes and day to day operations.
• Incident and Problem Management: Act as change/release manager support in release coordination, Incident, Problem management for SAP PO (GxP), CPI, MuleSoft Platform (GxP) systems. Monitor, identify trends and potential Problem sources and raise Change Request to prevent recurrence of Problems. Monitor, escalate and report on IT Incidents and IT Service Requests within Incident and periodically review Problems, known errors and knowledge database.
• Act as Scrum Master: Support the team in becoming high performing, Continuous improvement of support/operations processes across an application /Development team. Act as Servant leader in removing obstacles ensuring resolution and escalation of impediments escalated from team-level. Responsible for conducting budget and part of contract negotiation, signing and contract negotiation. Facilitate agile practices.
