- Good experience and knowledge of working of S4 HANA system, preferrable if worked on HANA migration.
- In depth knowledge of master data and Commission case creation, building new calculation formulas, ICM events and Commission Plan and Rate Administration could add considerable value to the team and would assist with the data function/configuration validation, preparation and loading of data and especially increased Testing capabilities for the SAP ICM solution
- Experience in SAP Incentive and Commission Management (ICM) or similar modules.
- with ABAP development with focus on ABAP OOPS, SAP XI/PI with excellent understanding of Key accounting processes of ICM and standards in insurance industries is must.
- 1 full lifecycle implementation of ICM as a lead is added advantage
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
- Conduct code reviews
- Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
- Participates in all phases of project planning, execution and testing. Produces application artifacts per SDLC and or Agile/Audit requirements
- Communicate with global teams in the US, India and Romania
- 8+ Years of experience in SAP
- Good experience and knowledge of working of S4 HANA system, preferrable if worked on HANA migration.
- Proven experience in developing SAP applications.
- Strong SQL skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
