Roles And Responsibilities

• Participate in the review of risks and key controls through end-to-end process walk throughs, events or thematic reviews, data-driven reviews or issue read across, and evidence reviews
• Assist with the promotion of accountable risk and control decision-making based on quality data and commercial analysis
• Support the challenging of poor, inefficient or excessive controls, related tasks and behaviours 
• Participate in validating the design and operating effectiveness of the key controls through inspection, inquiry, observation, sampling, re-performance and recalculation
• Assist with the provision of specialist risk and control knowledge

Requirements

• Stakeholder Management ability to engage and build effective relationships with team and stakeholders
• Ability to deliver on time and at a consistent professional level
• Strong Excel (particularly large data sets / modelling) and report production
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team, as required
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences
