Job Description
As a Salesforce Developer reporting to the DevTeam Lead, Digital Enablement & Analytics, you'll work on the development, integration, and support of Avigilon’s Salesforce CRM and integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customized Salesforce solutions to support business functions and objectives.
- Participate in design phases, tracking and resolving technical issues.
- Design, develop, and test medium to high complexity programs.
- Maintain CRM platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Provide 24/7 CRM technical support, especially during upgrades.
- Support system administration and process improvements.
- Engage in application transitions and project status meetings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, LWC).
- Experience in Apex classes, triggers, SOQL, REST/SOAP web services, and Salesforce security.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer) are beneficial.
