Job Description

As a Salesforce Developer reporting to the DevTeam Lead, Digital Enablement & Analytics, you'll work on the development, integration, and support of Avigilon’s Salesforce CRM and integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop customized Salesforce solutions to support business functions and objectives.
  2. Participate in design phases, tracking and resolving technical issues.
  3. Design, develop, and test medium to high complexity programs.
  4. Maintain CRM platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
  5. Provide 24/7 CRM technical support, especially during upgrades.
  6. Support system administration and process improvements.
  7. Engage in application transitions and project status meetings.
  8. Collaborate with stakeholders and resolve conflicts.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, LWC).
  • Experience in Apex classes, triggers, SOQL, REST/SOAP web services, and Salesforce security.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer) are beneficial.
