Job Description: As a liaison between Information Technology and Business Partners, responsible for analyzing business processes, proposing improvements, and developing detailed functional specifications. Leads project teams, ensures compliance with corporate standards, and provides user support and training.

Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ HR business analyst or 3 years’ HR functional role experience.
• ERP (HR) system proficiency and Change Management expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years in business analysis.
• Continuous improvement skills and strong technical, analytical, and organizational abilities.

Essential Functions: Demonstrates strong project management, technical, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in data analysis, critical thinking, and multitasking. Ensures timely delivery, effective communication, and maintains current technical proficiency.
