Job Description: HR Business Partner

Join a leading HR team that enables management and employees to excel in HR practices and procedures. As an HR Business Partner, you will manage employee relations and conduct investigations aligned with corporate ethics and values, while supporting company-wide initiatives such as manpower planning, performance management, and training assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units to ensure alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, talent management, performance reviews, and career development.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations in accordance with corporate policies and values.
  • Support initiatives related to organizational change, DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), and employee engagement.
  • Partner with leadership to provide guidance on HR matters and help drive strategic HR objectives.
  • Lead and support special projects related to HR transformation, rewards & recognition, and HR analytics.
  • Prepare and deliver reports that help inform business decisions related to the employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement HR collateral materials for various initiatives.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of HR generalist experience, with strong expertise in business partnering, stakeholder management, and strategic HR.
  • In-depth knowledge of employee relations, employee engagement, and DEI practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR projects and process improvement.
  • Strong business acumen and proven ability to collaborate effectively with business leadership.
  • Hands-on experience in key HR areas such as talent management, rewards & recognition, compensation & benefits, and HR analytics.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
