Your key responsibilities
 

• This person will be responsible for the full implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central, and Learning Module in the project, namely, design, client workshops (payroll functional requirements), overall solution design and data migration, testing, parallel, Go-Live and be able to perform as a solution architect when needed.
• Specific Project documentation creation and project management in articulation with other implementation teams (SAP SuccessFactors and non-SuccessFactors) are essential.
• It will be expected ability to manage, lead, and mentor other consultants and deliver quality client service, while effectively interacting with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients and recognize technology as a business enabler to drive employee experience.
• Implement, develop, and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for a large range of clients.
• Conceptualize the technical integration of SuccessFactors to the system landscape of the customers.
• Control and support of test cycles and rollout.
• Identify customer requirements.
• Deliver quality client service, analyze complex problems, and deliver insightful solutions.
• Participate in Sales and Presales activities.
• Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience.
• Understand the clients business, follow sector trends, and learn leading practices.
• Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems.
• Present thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in the team and clients.
• Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients and recognize technology as a business enabler to drive employee experience.
• Contribute to the teams good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best results.
