As an Application Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the delivery of integrated SAP solutions for multiple ERP projects across BH businesses while working with Program Managers, functional owners, service providers and other members of SAP Dev ops team
• Owning complete SAP EHSM module solutions for various end-to-end business process, which includes prototyping, blueprinting, design, build, test, and documentation and post go-live support, including interfaces, cross module integration.
• Executing in-house project / Enhancement as well as overseeing Project implementation solution delivery.
• Being responsible for SAP EHSM related interfaces with external system & cross module integration with other SAP modules
• Showing complete accountability of quality of solution delivered by program and operations team.
• Driving SAP best practices standards across BH SAP Landscape. Ensure efficient and maintainable solution.
• Engaging proactively with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process optimization.
• Ensuring the delivery of Stat/SOX compliant business solutions.
• Monitoring for new developments in SAP technology and explore the opportunities in ES SAP landscape for optimization of business process
• Assisting leadership team in building multi-year ERP vision/strategy for the organization by aligning SAP technology with business goals

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have minimum 4 years of experience in SAP ERP implementations
• Have proven experience in designing and configuring end to end SAP ECC 6.0 EHSM module
• Show SAP EHSM Product safety & Stewardship, Product Compliance, Substance volume tracking, DG good management knowledge and hands on must.
• Show additional EHSM module knowledge will be helpful like Incident management, Risk assessment, Environment management.
• Show cross-functional business solutions and system integrations.
• Have knowledge/experience of EHSM Integration with Sales and distribution is required
• Have knowledge/experience of EHSM Integration with Sourcing module is required
• Have knowledge/experience of EHSM Integration with Production planning module is required
• Have a minimum of 2 end-to-end projects in implementing SAP ERP
• Have at least 2 years of functional experience in respective domains and knowledge of S/4 HANA will be helpful.
