What will you do?

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements to Salesforce (SFDC), such as new automation rules, custom reports, and dashboards.
  • Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within SFDC by implementing best practices for data entry, maintenance, and hygiene.
  • Manage and maintain the Clari sales analytics platform, including data integration, configuration, and customization.
  • Create and configure Clari dashboards, reports, and predictive analytics models to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and refine Clari models and methodologies for forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives and other SFDC/Clari users on system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting.
    • Develop training materials, documentation, and resources to enable users to maximize the value of SFDC and Clari tools.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests related to SFDC and Clari.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize sales planning processes through automation, integration, and workflow enhancements in the planning tool.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement improvements to planning processes, data management practices, and tool integrations.
