Role, You Will

  • Manage primary business automations related to marketing, demand generation, sales development, sales, pipeline management, funnel reporting and partner relationship management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve relevant issues and questions reported by the business.
  • Collaborate with Technical Program Manager and independently gather and document requirements of new initiatives or changes to existing processes/procedures affecting Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Write User Stories, including a problem statement with defined trigger points, testing Scenarios and tech recommendations within a JIRA story ticket.
  • Design, implement, test, and deploy declarative solutions affecting Salesforce Sales Cloud modules and determine downstream effects for other connected systems.
  • Initiate and perform UAT with partners, showing clear comprehension of the requested new process flow.
  • Manage important technical initiatives through data analysis on related processes.
  • Evaluate new technological solutions and make recommendations to enhance Salesforce user experience in coordination with the Development Leads and System Architecture.
  • Develop appropriate documentation for architectural, design, technical, implementation and test activities.
