SAP OTC Lead Analyst

Job Description:
As the SAP OTC Lead Analyst, you will collaborate with Global Business Process Owners (GBPOs) and Business Process Owners (BPOs) to define and prioritize process needs in SAP Sales Order Management. You will support legacy processes and integrate applications, providing subject matter expertise to resolve defects and optimize application management. Key responsibilities include maintaining functional and technical documentation (e.g., specifications and end-user training), managing the WRICEF tracker for your area of expertise, and identifying and supporting super-users within the function. Availability for off-hours support may be required to address critical production issues.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or Software Engineering
• 8+ years of SAP ERP experience, with deep expertise in SAP S/4 Core Sales processes
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Core and Data Model
• Extensive experience in all SD aspects: Order Management (standard order, cash sales, service order, returns), Deliveries (outbound/inbound), Billing, Invoicing, Credit/Debit Memos, Pricing, Configuration, and Implementation
• Hands-on experience in Order to Cash (O2C) process design, configuration, development, support, and integration with SAP FICO, SAP CRM, SAP IBP, and SAP Service to Cash
• Strong background in Sales Order Management, Preventive Maintenance, Sales & Service Contracts, Warranty processes, and Pricing Management
• Expertise in SAP Master Data management (Business Partners, Material Master, Equipment Master, Transactional Management) and related configurations and issue resolution
