The Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Finance module is a comprehensive system designed to streamline and enhance financial management for organizations. As the Project Manager for the Finance modules, you will oversee implementation, customization, and ongoing management to ensure alignment with the organization’s financial goals and processes. Key responsibilities and tasks include:

Skills and Qualifications

• Project Management: Strong skills in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, to effectively lead the implementation process.
• ERP Expertise: 10–15 years of Oracle ERP experience, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle Fusion implementations, specifically in Finance and SCM. In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Finance modules' functionalities and best practices.
• Financial Acumen: Solid knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles to ensure the ERP system meets the organization’s financial needs.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive management.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize system performance.

Tools and Resources

• Oracle Cloud Fusion Documentation: Utilize Oracle’s official documentation and resources for guidance and best practices.
• Project Management Software: Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Quality Center (ALM) for managing tasks and timelines.
• Training Materials: Leverage Oracle’s training resources and certifications to ensure that you and your team are proficient with the system.
