Responsibilities

As a Sr. Support Engineer, you will serve as the technical interface for customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs), helping to resolve issues related to the installation, recommended maintenance, and use of Oracle products. You will be expected to have a broad understanding of Oracle products within your area of expertise and in-depth knowledge of several specific products and platforms. Additionally, you should be proficient across multiple platforms and able to complete your duties with minimal guidance from management. In this role, you will often work independently to research and develop solutions for customer issues.
