Job Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and thorough knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Desired Skills / Certifications:
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, networking, and system administration.
- Ability and enthusiasm to work across multiple technologies.
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) / Grid Control.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, Perl, Bash).
- Hands-on experience with Ansible for automation and playbook creation.
- Expertise in Oracle Database Administration and SQL/PLSQL programming.
