Job Requirements:

• Proven customer service experience with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and thorough knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Desired Skills / Certifications:

• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, networking, and system administration.
• Ability and enthusiasm to work across multiple technologies.
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) / Grid Control.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, Perl, Bash).
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for automation and playbook creation.
• Expertise in Oracle Database Administration and SQL/PLSQL programming.
