Position: Software Engineer (SCM Cloud Application Development)

We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and team-oriented Engineer to join our SCM Cloud Application Development team. This role is ideal for high-caliber individuals who are excited to be part of a transformative journey in developing modern, cloud-based business applications. We are looking for experienced developers, architects, and technical leaders who are experts in their field, capable of delivering strategic, practical solutions with a focus on customer-first initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for commercial or end-user applications.
• Write code, complete programming tasks, and perform testing and debugging of applications.
• Analyze and integrate external customer specifications to enhance software functionality.
• Design and implement changes to existing software architecture, focusing on improving scalability and performance.
• Develop new products and tools while building and executing unit tests and unit test plans.
• Review integration and regression test plans created by QA, and coordinate with QA and porting engineering teams to discuss major functionality changes.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment and understanding.

Technical Leadership:

• Contribute to the Oracle Fusion SCM Technical Architecture to ensure alignment with Oracle's next-gen strategy.
• Lead the integration of Oracle Fusion SCM with other enterprise systems, cloud solutions, and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various Fusion SCM/ERP modules to identify integration needs and architect solutions that enhance business processes and user experiences.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in BOSS, VBCS, and Spectra architecture methodologies across the team and organization.
• Provide technical leadership to the SCM team, fostering continuous learning and improvement.

• Strong experience in developing and delivering software solutions in a cloud-based environment.
• Proven ability to architect and integrate complex systems with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion applications, SCM/ERP systems, and modern development tools.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to a wide range of stakeholders.
