Job Title: Oracle Record to Report Consultant

Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Record to Report Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle Finance Cloud, with in-depth knowledge of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Tax, Receivables, and Payables. This role involves understanding business requirements, configuring Oracle Cloud functionality, and providing end-to-end support during implementation and rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand Record to Report business processes and map them to Oracle Cloud functionality.
  • Leverage extensive experience with Oracle ERP Cloud applications and integration with third-party applications.
  • Review functional specifications and business requirement documents, and handle RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows).
  • Lead the development and configuration of Procure to Pay processes in Oracle Procurement Cloud modules.
  • Create, review, and execute test scripts, assisting business users during CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.
  • Collaborate closely with Oracle Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and project managers to ensure solution development aligns with global design templates.
  • Support business users by providing training on Oracle Procurement Cloud modules.
  • Manage the transition from existing solutions to Oracle Procurement Cloud, ensuring successful rollouts across EMEA, North America, and APAC regions.

Professional Abilities / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • 8 to 12 years of overall experience, including 5 to 8 years in Oracle Procurement applications (modules like Purchasing, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, and Accounts Payables).
  • Proven expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud and Financial Modules, with experience in multiple end-to-end implementations/rollouts.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific nuances (Retail/Manufacturing) for Oracle Procurement Cloud implementations.
  • Oracle Procurement Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Agile/Scrum development experience, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple enhancements simultaneously.
