We are Hiring: Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant

- Location: Oman (Onsite)
- Notice Period: Up to 45 days
- Mode: 1-year extendable contract
Job Description:
The Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant will be responsible for the following:
- Analyze business requirements, define scope, and present the best available Oracle EBS solution.
- Implement enhancements or new solutions based on business needs.
- Customize or replicate the setup for any OIA subsidiary, making necessary modifications to support their business processes.
- Prepare functional and technical specification documents.
- Lead report development, customizations, personalizations, etc., as needed to support business requirements.
- Utilize SQL*Loader to load data from flat files sourced from various systems.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support for issue resolution or bug fixes.
- Work with onsite technical consultants as necessary.
- Engage OIA internal staff throughout the project, ensuring proper knowledge transfer.
- Modify OAF pages independently or manage the modifications through a Technical Developer under your supervision.
- Provide support for non-HRMS modules, resolving reporting and workflow-related issues.
Required Skills:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HRMS modules.
- Multiple implementations of Oracle R12 EBS HRMS/PMS modules.
- Expert-level skills in the following technical areas: OAF framework, PL/SQL, Developer tools, Workflow, XML Publisher, Fast Formulas, Personalization, Oracle Alerts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
