About Us:
We are a leading MNC seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Support: At least 6 years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle ERP Applications, with a minimum of 3 Oracle Cloud project implementations as a PPM lead functional consultant.

  • PPM Cloud Offerings: Excellent functional knowledge and experience with Oracle PPM cloud offerings, including Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Control.

  • Module Integration: Knowledge of integrations with other modules, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Expenses, Revenue Management, Subscription Management, and Time and Labor.

  • Batch Processes and Reporting: Strong understanding of PPM batch processes, PPM reports (OTBI, analytics), and PPM integrations with ERP Cloud offerings.

  • Oracle Finance Modules: Proficient knowledge of Oracle Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Payables (AP), Receivables (AR), and Revenue Management.

  • Inter-Company Billing: Familiarity with end-to-end inter-company billing and reconciliation processes.

  • Data Migration and Reporting: Good knowledge of data conversion/migrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, and report generation.

  • Configuration and Documentation: Ability to configure Oracle Applications to meet client requirements and document application setups.

  • Consulting and Analytical Skills: Strong consulting experience with business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, design business processes, manage conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, functional testing, and conduct user training workshops.

  • Project Management: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.

  • Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with onshore teams.
