Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HCM-related issues in both Fusion and EBS environments.
- Conduct data migrations and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and user manuals.
- Stay up-to-date with Oracle updates and best practices to recommend improvements.
- Train and support end-users on system functionality and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with a strong focus on EBS HRMS and Payroll.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Reports/Forms.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and payroll regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
