Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HCM-related issues in both Fusion and EBS environments.
  • Conduct data migrations and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and user manuals.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle updates and best practices to recommend improvements.
  • Train and support end-users on system functionality and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with a strong focus on EBS HRMS and Payroll.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Reports/Forms.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and payroll regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
