Primary Responsibilities and Activities

 

• Responsible for successful delivery of Tier 2 operational support and consultation for areas of expertise
• Responsible for incident queue review and analysis of Tier 1 support tickets
• Adept at determining requirements by interviewing business users, reviewing documentation and facilitating working sessions
• Provide functional specification (MD50) to customize Oracle functionality to satisfy business requirements and business process design.
• Perform functional tests to ensure configuration meets the Businessrequirements.
• Knowledgeable about the Oracle applications functionality, tools, templates and methods and able to setup the system to meet the desired business process andrequirements
• Support all Oracle Applications patching, upgrades and maintenance activities by testing and troubleshooting functional issues.
• Ability to think logically in solving problems and to present recommendations in a clear and concise form as part of the ongoing Customer Support
• Work closely with Oracle support and raise service request as and when required for business critical issues.
• Should be willing to work in Shifts
