Job Location: Pune/Bangalore

Gather business requirements and design solutions in Oracle Cloud Finance.
Demonstrate standard business processes to client user groups.
Analyze current business practices, capture additional reporting needs, and conduct fit-gap analysis.
Develop and document solution prototypes, test cases, and data migration plans.
Configure CRP/Test/Production environments and provide high/detailed design for all CEMLI objects.
Conduct user training and manage service requests with Oracle Support for issue resolution.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution quality and end-to-end validation.
Lead client workshops, perform data migration, and support user acceptance testing.

8+ years’ experience with Oracle Finance Cloud, including at least two implementations.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes in manufacturing and supply chain.
Skilled in Oracle Cloud layers, delivery methodologies, and industry-specific use cases.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
