• OCI Administration:
• Manage and maintain non-production Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.
• Monitor OCI services and resources to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OCI infrastructure and services.
• Implement security best practices to safeguard OCI environments.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures for OCI resources.
• Keep abreast of OCI updates, features, and enhancements to optimize environment configurations.
• Mulesoft Administration:
• Administer Mulesoft environments, including deployment, configuration, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of Mulesoft applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mulesoft platform functionality.
• Implement security measures and best practices to protect Mulesoft integrations and APIs.
• Manage access controls and permissions for Mulesoft environments.
• Stay updated on Mulesoft releases and updates, implementing relevant features and enhancements.
• Code Deployments:
• Facilitate code deployments to OCI and Mulesoft environments.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure proper testing and deployment procedures are followed.
• Automate deployment processes where possible to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Document deployment procedures and maintain version control for codebase.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on environment status, issues, and resolutions.
• Participate in meetings and discussions related to infrastructure and platform planning and improvements.
