Responsibilities
 

• Partner with Global People Operations, People Business Partners, Finance, and other key stakeholders in the support of Workday HCM system
• Serve as first point of contact for Workday tickets in ServiceNow and recommend solutions for improvements and reducing redundancies
• Build and maintain reports in Workday to support Payroll, Finance, Legal, People Business Partners, and other organizations on a recurrent and ad hoc basis.
• Support Workday modules: Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Integrations
• Actively identify & resolve issues or opportunities for improvement

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, or relevant area of study
• 4+ years of Workday HCM functional and systems administration experience, including
