Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate technical and integration requirements for high-impact, complex projects spanning multiple software technologies.
  • Define architectural approaches and development methods; establish HR technology roadmap for short, medium, and long term.
  • Serve as point of contact and escalation for key product support; ensure systems align with technical best practices and business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement integration systems and technical standards across HR technology landscape.
  • Cultivate trust and collaboration with HR, payroll, and other business partners; advocate for IT initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor technical teams across employee-facing systems (HR, Talent, Time, etc.).

Skills/Knowledge:

  • 6+ years in HRIT technology with focus on integration development.
  • Experience leading or mentoring others; adept at building Workday applications with innovative design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and IT functions.
  • Proficiency in cutting-edge HCM technologies; expertise in integration platforms and development.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR data flow across enterprise IT architecture.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM and experience building integrations with Workday tools.
  • Establishing cross-functional standards in applications and operational processes.
  • Providing technical mentorship and guidance to application teams.
  • Documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Knowledgeable in HR data security and privacy requirements.
  • Familiarity with HCM integration with enterprise identity management systems.
  • Technical understanding of system interactions among HCM, learning, and HR Service Desk.
  • Experience in managing secure data transfers across systems.
  • Building applications using multiple technology stacks.
  • Conducting HR technology architectural reviews and code reviews.
  • Demonstrating technical solutions to stakeholders and end-users.
  • Analyzing processes for optimization and delivering desired technical outcomes.
  • Proficiency in data modeling and understanding of data structures and relationships.
  • Skillful in Workday modules: HCM, Time, Talent, Benefits.
  • Excellent communication skills with functional leadership and business owners.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
