Responsibilities

• Run operations and liason with automation teams to build clear roadmaps for platform and process automation in DB domain.
• Collaborate with other core services team members to write clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, design, and build solutions.
• Be responsible for Oracle Day0/1/2 operations, abide by SLAs for incidents and problems in Oracle and DB domains.
• Observability, monitoring and alerting and prompt corrective actions across various DB platforms to ensure operational excellence.
• Provide to critical DB implementation activities like Build, Refresh, Upgrades etc.
• Contribute to critical DB Operational activities like Alerts management, Cases management, performance solving.
• Ensure lifecycle compliance across multiple environments for DB, Grid and OS Patches.
• Provide important analysis and reporting to automation teams to help develop, build, deploy, and operate large scale database platform automation using Python, Django.
• Develop and deliver automation software required for building & improving the functionality, reliability, availability, and manageability of databases and cloud platforms.
• Work with external providers to resolve any issues in the functionality and interoperability of new cloud applications, cloud-based infrastructure, and other cloud services with existing IT systems.
• Ensure the quality, performance, robustness, and scalability of the services you implement.
• Work with technical teams and senior architects to finalize specifications related to integration between numerous systems.
