Job Opening / Hiring for Senior Workday HCM Business Systems Analyst

Must have 7+ years of experience with Workday:

• Manage and support key technical initiatives to deploy additional Workday functionality on the application roadmap.
• Design, implement, test, and deploy business initiatives affecting HCM modules, with an understanding of implications for downstream systems.
• Perform technical functions, including business process configuration, tenant configuration, user maintenance, audits, security enhancements, and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and document requirements, review designs, and define functional specifications.
• Evaluate new feature releases and enhancements, making recommendations to the business.
• Support the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of Workday by applying best practices.
• Deliver high-quality end-user support and troubleshoot to resolve platform issues.
• Develop appropriate documentation for architectural, design, technical, implementation, and test activities.
• Monitor and promptly respond to any system outages or service degradations.
