Key Responsibilities
- Lead the enhancement and support of Workday modules, including HR Core, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Custom Reports.
- Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Workday configurations and solutions.
- Design and configure Workday business processes, security, and reporting to align with business requirements.
- Provide post-implementation support and training to ensure smooth adoption of Workday solutions by end-users.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Workday with other enterprise systems.
- Perform fit-gap analyses to identify customization opportunities that meet client-specific requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate Workday configurations for accuracy and functionality.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance end-users' understanding and utilization of Workday features.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance, including troubleshooting and issue resolution for Workday solutions.
