Job Description: Contracts Administrator (Deal Specialist/Deal Manager)
We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team in either a Deal Specialist or Deal Manager role. This role involves working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment, supporting multiple countries and business lines. The nature of the work is seasonal, aligning with Oracle's quarterly and annual fiscal cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and invoice customer orders in accordance with agreed contracts.
- Monitor contract and business terms to mitigate Oracle's risks.
- Create, validate, and process contract documentation using Oracle's standard templates.
- Ensure compliance with Oracle’s policies and business approvals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Deal Management teams, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure contract terms adhere to policy and mitigate risks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong multi-tasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly and acquire new skills.
- Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving, and challenging environment.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Computer proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience handling contractual documents.
- Knowledge of Oracle policies and procedures is highly desired.
