Job Title: Functional Architect – HCM Cloud

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic leader in HCM Cloud implementations, ensuring successful project go-lives.
• Provide hands-on support to resolve issues during implementation, build Proof of Concepts (POCs) during the sales cycle, and work on enhancing and developing tools and accelerators.
• Identify and resolve issues encountered during testing phases, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple HCM Cloud modules, with a strong understanding of the entire HCM Cloud suite.
• Utilize expertise in Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) in a functional capacity.
• Lead HCM Cloud implementations as a functional lead/architect across various geographies, including EMEA, APAC, North America, and Latin America.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a functional lead/architect in HCM Cloud implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of multiple HCM Cloud modules with hands-on experience in resolving functional issues.
• Familiarity with ODA in a functional role.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple geographies and manage projects in EMEA, APAC, North America, and Latin America.
