Oracle Global Service Center (GSC) is a unit within Oracle that establishes long-term relationships with customers through annuity-based service contracts and one-time project-based services. As an offshore hub, GSC serves the needs of all service entities across Oracle globally. Our team provides a broad IT services portfolio on both fixed-price and time-and-materials (T&M) bases. GSC services are typically requested by large-scale Oracle customers requiring meticulous attention to mission-critical applications and processes.
