Key Skills for Functional Role

• Must have an active Workday Certification.
• Workday implementation/support experience on at least two projects.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in Workday Core HCM, Core & Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance Management, Recruiting, Prism Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Absence Management, and Time Tracking.
• Experience in HR processes, having worked in a functional capacity on two or more projects with the above-mentioned modules.
• Understanding of any industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
