Responsibilities

• Ensure configuration, upgrades, and updates on various STP and DRA nodes, along with daily monitoring of Trouble Tickets (TT), Change Requests (CR), and Acceptance Tests (AT).
• Adhere to MSTOP processes and maintain security policies, including password policies and periodic audits.
• Contribute to creating and refining department procedures and routines.
• Promote Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) awareness and ensure compliance within the unit.
