Position: Oracle ERP Financials PPM Consultant
Experience:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP Financials PPM
- At least 2 full life cycle implementations in Oracle Fusion Finance modules
- Prior experience with EBS Finance is advantageous
- Experience in client-facing delivery roles
Primary Responsibilities:
- Gather and document requirements using AIM, OUM, or other prescribed methodologies
- Maintain and enhance Oracle Fusion finance modules such as General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
- Participate in design reviews and discussions
- Map client requirements to Oracle Fusion modules
- Interpret and deliver functional requirements from onsite and design solutions from offshore
- Design module-specific solutions within the integrated Oracle Fusion context
- Handle Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap analysis, Training, and Testing sessions
- Assist business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs
- Prepare quality deliverables, including test scripts and test cases
- Conduct training sessions
Competencies/Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate requirements into design documents
- Experience with documentation using OUM or similar methodologies
- Excellent customer handling skills with the ability to lead and mentor team members
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to quickly acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge
- Effective team player with a willingness to work UK shift hours
- Adherence to well-defined release management processes
- Ability to multitask while focusing on release priorities
- Valid passport required
- Business travel to client sites involved
