Job Description:
Oracle GSC is hiring for Fusion HCM Technical Consultants at the Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant levels.

Minimum Experience Required:

• 4+ years of overall experience with at least 1 full end-to-end Fusion HCM implementation project.

Job Locations:
Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Noida, Gandhinagar

Key Requirements:

• 4 to 14 years of overall experience in HCM applications, with at least 2 years working on Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM (mandatory).
• Involvement in 1 to 2 full end-to-end Fusion HCM implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in the following technologies and tools:
  • HDL (HCM Data Loader)
  • HCM Extracts
  • OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
  • BI Reports
  • Integration
  • Fast Formulas
• A solid understanding of designing strategies for data migration/conversion, integration architecture, and proof of concepts.
• Strong knowledge of HCM business processes.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exposure to customer interaction is preferred.
• Flexibility to adapt to various project requirements and the ability to take on different roles as needed.
• Willingness to travel (50-75%).
