Job Title: Data Engineer - Oracle Fusion Cloud

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with a strong background in Big Data environments to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data engineering, particularly in transforming and processing data from Oracle Fusion Cloud and building data pipelines. This role requires a proactive individual who can independently deliver complex data engineering solutions and effectively engage with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain data ingestion pipelines from Oracle Recruitment Cloud to Big Data environments (cloud or on-premise).
• Execute data transformation and ETL processes using tools like Spark, Python, PySpark, and HiveQL.
• Process and cleanse data using Spark/Python to prepare it for analytical modeling.
• Work with data models and business processes, particularly within the Talent & Learning modules of Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Lead data-related discussions with Tech Leads, Architects, and Implementation Partners to ensure alignment on data strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, while independently managing work items and deliverables.
• Utilize CI/CD tools and code management processes to ensure efficient, reliable delivery of data engineering solutions.
